• Professional Data: Educational qualifications, technical trade-test results, and employment history.
• Sensitive Data: Medical fitness certificates and police clearance reports (as required by destination country laws).

3. Purpose of Processing

• Facilitating recruitment matching with overseas employers.
• Submission to the eMigrate portal for mandatory government reporting.
• Processing visa applications and work permits with foreign embassies and consulates.
• Conducting credential verification and trade-testing audits.

4. International Data Transfer

As an international consultancy, your data may be transferred to employers located in the Gulf Region, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Germany. We ensure that these transfers comply with Section 16 of the DPDPA 2023, ensuring that the recipient maintains standard data protection controls.

5. Data Retention & Security

Candidate records are retained for the duration required by the Emigration Act and MEA guidelines. We implement enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) and strict access control protocols to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

6. Your Rights

Under current regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data, subject to the retention requirements mandated by the Ministry of External Affairs for overseas deployment.
