1. Acceptance & Scope

By accessing this website or utilizing our recruitment services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. WorkSpan Global operates as a specialist international placement consultancy licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India. Our scope is limited to the identification, screening, trade-testing, and deployment of candidates to overseas hiring partners.

2. Candidate Representations

Any candidate submitting information to WorkSpan Global represents and warrants that:

• All documentation (Passport, Education, Experience) is authentic and legally valid.
• They are medically fit for international deployment as per destination country standards.
• They will undergo mandatory trade-testing and calibration as required by the hiring employer.

3. Recruitment Process & eMigrate

WorkSpan Global adheres strictly to the Emigration Act, 1983. All recruitment for destination countries like the Gulf Region is conducted via the eMigrate portal. Candidates are advised that we do not charge recruitment fees contrary to MEA regulations; services are calibrated according to licensed schedules.

4. Limitation of Liability

WorkSpan Global acts as a facilitator. While we take exhaustive measures for due diligence, the ultimate contract of employment is between the Candidate and the Overseas Employer. We are not liable for changes in destination country visa policies, employer-side contract variations, or post-deployment workplace disputes, which are governed by the local labor laws of the host country.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary logos, trade-test methodologies, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of WorkSpan Global. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, and the guidelines of the Protector of Emigrants (PoE).
